The Great Escape!

Approximately 5 minutes ago, we got home. We opened the garage door and Smokey  was walking right out! I immediately ran to him, he submitted and let me pick him up. I was glad he didn’t make us repeat the 3 block chase in the middle of the road that we had on Valentine’s Day (in the new ice/snow). We checked the kennel (yes, we have an actual area in the garage for our dogs, about 15ft squared), and he broke the latch off! When he got out before, he’d squeeze himself through a small crack that’s now fixed. Needless to say, he won’t be having anymore time in the garage unless he starts acting terrible.
