As you can see, this blog is currently undergoing many changes. I won’t be blogging for a while until I get the whole site firmly updated.

2.5KB/sec!
(start computer rant)
That’s the speed of our school’s computers when you try to download a file. We’re using MovieMaker, and besides the fact that sucks compared to iMovie, the “collection” of clips takes forever to load. My 18MB of processing making the computer use 99% of its CPU usage just on that! Once everyone logged off though, that shot up to a nice 198MB for about 5 seconds. My computer’s currently downloading some music, and’s doing it at a nice 119KB/sec after about 5 minutes.

I hope I get to eat in Carthage this weekend. No, I won’t be there for the Precious Moments factory tour, but to take pictures of some of the weird things there. First, there’s a Subway with a drive-through. Of course, that’s not as bad as Columbia’s Subway/Baskin Robin’s combo restaurant. I’ve always thought that Subway was supposed to be healthy. Right next to the Carthage Subway is a Sonic with a huge playset…
I’ve got a wedding to go to tonight among other things. See ya.
Nice updating, huh?
Yeah, I know, I said I’d update, but once again I got busy. I’ll try to post until I leave this weekend. If the weather’s nice, we’re going to a farm south of Joplin that my dad’s friend owns, and George Washington Carver used to visit when he was young. I’ll most likely spend large amounts of time four-wheeling, since they have an awsome track through the woods, or shooting airsoft guns. Another if is the canoe trip. That was fun before (except for the part where we had to push the canoe), and since it’s not July like last time, there will be an abundance of water. The last time, we built, uh, bobcat-ed a huge bonfire and the next later that morning ashes were still falling. Here’s some pics :).
(Above)= bonfire (below)= bonfire burning

(Above)= Ash left the next morning. It was on EVERYTHING.
(Below)= This is a springfed pond on the property. It leaked backwards and caused this. Needless to say the forest behind was swamp for a while also.
